WOOD REPLACEMENT PARTS
FOR VINTAGE BOSTON WHALER BOATS
The Fire Extinguisher Pocket Box has a teak frame, doweled and epoxied, and a teak marine plywood box that is nailed and epoxied. These are exact duplicates of the boxes used in the classic 1980's boats. The outside frame measures 18 1/2" x 7 1/2", the box is 5 15/16" wide x 17 1/2" tall, and 5" deep, outside dimensions. Mounting holes are pre-drilled, and stainless steel screws are included.

The Outrage Cooler Cleats are made from FEQ (Finest European Quality) 5/4" teak. They are 15" long, and about 4 1/16" at the widest. These are exact duplicates of the originals.
The Montauk Cooler Cleats are made from 5/4” Philippine Mahogany. They are 17" long, and 4" at the widest. These are in the same style as the originals but made longer to fit the new 94 quart coolers.
The three-hook Outrage Rod Rack/Holders are made from 3/4" Philippine Mahogany marine plywood (11 ply). They are duplicates of the originals with the hook pattern being a direct copy. They measure 4" x 15" for Outrage 18's, and 4" x 17 3/16" for 20's up. All edges are eased, ready for finish.
The Stern Light Holder Blocks are made from 3/4” teak, 2 1/2" square. Available with, or without 3/4" or 1 1/4" Beckson clip. $20 for the block only. $25 with the clip installed.

The Bow Locker Covers, made from 4/4 FEQ teak, are available in 2 sizes. The large cover is about 21” x 34” x 24” and is a 6-board style. The small cover measures approximately 17” x 29” x 24” and is available in either a 5- or 6-board style. These covers fit Montauks, Sports, Newports, etc. Check your dimensions before ordering.
